In 1996, I graduated from SFSU with my BS in Business with a focus on Marketing. As I worked through my college years as a manager at Longs Drugs Stores, I learned a special skill of "CUSTOMER SERVICE." I further enhanced my experience in business accounting at Good Guys Inc. and eventually moved up to Merchandising where it became very important to have strong relationships to perform at my best. With over 30 years of business experience in Customer Service, Business Communications and Marketing Skills I know that I can enhance your own business’ success!
